If you contact All About The Ride by either leaving a post comment using our contact form or subscribing to our newsletter – we will collect the following information:

Our contact form is a WP Forms plugin and Users will have to tick a box to confirm that you are happy for us to take this information, along with a proof of your humanity via Google reCAPTCHA.

All AATR Ltd (All About The Ride) newsletter and email campaigns are done via Active Campaign. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an Active Campaign email from us. We do not share your information with anyone else but Active Campaign. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Whilst we may collect, store and share User’s names and email addresses with Active Campaignwe do NOT sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. This section outlines the terms of use for our online merchandise store.

3.1 The All About The Ride Shop

The All About The Ride merchandise store is set up on, owned by and run via the Clothes2Order website. By clicking a product or link on this page, you will be redirected to the AATR Cycling merchandise store on the Clothes2Order website and will be subject to their terms of use, privacy policies & cookies.

3.2 Making a purchase

By making a purchase (of a product) in the AATR Cycling merchandise store – you are agreeing to share your personal details with Clothes2Order and agreeing to their terms of use for receiving personal information. We (AATR Ltd and All About The Ride) DO NOT hold customer information.

3.3 Sizing disclaimer

It is extremely important that you check the size guide for the garment you which to purchase – prior to confirming payment! Sizing between brands and garments may differ. Due to the products being personalised (customer made) – the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. Should an item be faulty or the printers have made a mistake, please contact Clothes2Order or sales@allabouttheride.co.uk.

3.4 Post order processes

 Clothes2Order processes including carriers, dispatch times or charges shown on the AATR Cycling merchandise store are set by Clothes2Order. AATR Ltd have no authority or influence over these.

3.5 Complaints & inquiries 

Any questions, complaints or queries should be directed to sales@allabouttheride.co.uk in the first instance. We will endevour to initially respond within 48 hours. However, resolving any questions, complaints or queries may take longer and we (AATR Ltd) will info you of this where applicable.

4. Reviews and product information

All About The Ride reviews (cycling) products that have been purchased by AATR Ltd and or sent to us from manufacturers or suppliers. Where possible, an independent review will be produced by a reviewer – within 4 weeks of receiving products. All About The Ride reserves the right to change this timescale (notifying the manufacturer/supplier). All About The Ride will always make every attempt to be as accurate as possible with the reviews and product descriptions on the website. All prices quoted are accurate at the time the review is first published on the website. However, we cannot and will not guarantee the accuracy of information and take no responsibility for the dis-satisfaction, loss or damage of any product(s) purchased as a result of information or a review of a product provided by All About The Ride. Nor will we take any responsibility for any price change(s) of product(s) we have reviewed. All reviews and information are based on the opinion of the individual author and do not reflect the opinion of All About The Ride or AATR Ltd.

All About The Ride reserves the right to change both competition and prize at any point. The decision made by All About The Ride is final. Should Users partake in any third party competitions that appear on All About The Ride – they are subject to the Terms & Conditions set out by the third party hosting the competition. The AATR Deals & Offers page lists random product offers from various affiliate partners. These offers are available at the time of listing. ALL listed offers are subject to the retailers availability and AATR Ltd will take no responsibility for offers that become no longer available or out of stock. Where possible AATR Ltd will update offers that are no longer available. AATR Ltd reserve the right NOT to update the weekly offers page on a weekly basis. Instead, we may leave offers that are still valid and in stock – live on the page. All offers listed are selected at random or as provided by our affiliate partners. Offers that are listed will click through to the relevant advertisers website and are subject to the same terms of use as Section 12.
